Kundalini Yoga is known as the technology of happiness, incorporating specific mantras (chants), kriyas (breath), meditation (mind), and asanas (yoga postures).
Kundalini Yoga is done utilizing a yoga mat, blankets, blocks, and other props as needed. It can be experienced as a Private, Duet, or as a small group class of up to 10 participants.
