Qi (energy) Gong (practice or work) is the practice of activating the Qi of the body, mind, and spirit. Often called Asian Yoga, Qi Gong is a set of specific movements combined with breath and centering mind exercises, that allows the body and mind to naturally move into alignment. Qi Gong enhances the whole system creating health and well being mentally, physically, and emotionally & spiritually.
