Hydrotherapy

Take time out of your day to relax in our state of the art ozonated pool’s hydrotherapy jets. The pool is heated, but not warm, which allows a healing anti gravity and anti inflammatory response to occur in the body. Often times this therapy is used in conjunction for post sauna care, but can certainly be used on its own if you are sensitive to sauna heat. Hydrotherapy can also be used in conjunction with the Red Light Therapy for post care as well. Hydrotherapy can be booked for 1 or 2 people.
