Integrative Body Therapist
Katherine Lujan received her first massage therapy license in California in 1999. She has studied various techniques such as Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Structural Integration, Lomi Lomi, and Energy Work, and uses her intuition to combine and alchemize these modalities with her clients.
Her 25+ years of practice helps ignite clients’ self-healing abilities, whether to relax or go deeper on many levels. She also uses the Rule of Four with her clients- Bio-mechanical (structural), Bio-chemical (blood/diet), Trauma (car accidents, other), and Emotional (emotions stored in our bodies). Kat is also highly skilled in working with scar tissue using meds pacs-castor oil, heat, and ultrasound, hand-held massage machines, as well as cross fiber. Kat is also working with the Lucia Light technologies and is excited to begin to integrate this into her therapies.
Kat brings her talent, skills, positive energy, and intuitive alchemy of her decades of expertise here to I AM. She is available for 75-90 minute Integrative Body Therapy Sessions.
